PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving apparatus which can prevent break, damage due to an impact or an operation by mistake without increasing the size. SOLUTION: The moving apparatus comprises a linear actuator 28 having an electro-mechanical transducer 32 and a drive shaft 34 fixed to one end of the transducer 32 in its expansion direction, a supporting arm 36 for supporting the drive shaft 34 of the actuator 28, a stationary table 12 for fixing the actuator 28, a moving table 14 having a contact part disposed oppositely to the table 12 and frictionally engaged with the drive shaft 24 of the actuator 28 and slidable in the direction of the drive shaft relatively to the table 12. The arm 36 and the table 14 have engaging means 38, 79 engaging with each other and the means 38, 79 prevent the table 14 from moving in a direction perpendicular to the drive shaft 34. |
