Compounds of the general formula (I) which are each in the form of a (2R, 3S , 2'S) optical isomer when the bond at the 8-position is double or in the form of (2S, 3R, 2'RS) optical isomers when the bond at the 8-position is single, or their pharmacologically acceptable salts; a process for preparing the sam e; and use of the same in treatment of circulatory diseases (such as arteriosclerosis and cardiopathy), cancer, rheumatism, diabetic retinopathy, and respiratory diseases. In said formula, n is an integer of 1 to 11; and 1 is an integer of 1 to 16.
