PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need to transmit individual information for a limited broadcasting receiving, and to prevent the limited broadcasting from being unauthorizedly viewed. SOLUTION: In the broadcasting receiver A, in which contents information is scrambled by a scramble key to change a pattern in a prescribed cycle and limited broadcasting to be distributed to a receiving contractor is received, a descramble key generator B for generating the descramble key of the same pattern at the same timing as the scramble key is connected and while the received contents information is scrambled by the scramble key, the received contents information is descrampled by the descramble key applied from the descramble key generator B, and outputted to a reproducing device C. |
