PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component-mounting board that reinforces the junction reliability in a microstrip line in crossing lines on two signal line surfaces, and at the same time can prevent increase in signal reflection due to the mismatching of line impedance and decrease in transmission. SOLUTION: A microstrip line 22 is formed on two signal line surfaces of a dielectric 21 with a rectangular parallelepiped shape. The width of a line junction section 22a in the microstrip line 22 is wider than that of a line end section 22b. Additionally, the microstrip line 22 is equivalently substituted for a line that has thickness equivalent to the diagonal length of a section in the dielectric 21, and the width of the line junction section 22a is designed so that the same impedance as impedance at the line end section of the substituted line is achieved. |
