PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthogonal detection circuit for correcting an amplitude or phase error of a received signal causes by a component individual difference or the like so as to enhance demodulation accuracy. SOLUTION: The orthogonal detection circuit is provided with an input changeover switch 22 that inputs a received signal or an inspection signal to multipliers 12i, 12q as a detection circuit input signal; and a inspection signal selection switch 24 that inputs the inspection signal to the multipliers 12i, 12q as a reference signal or a second reference signal as an output of an oscillator 14 via a phase shifter 16. Thus, the orthogonal detection circuit can acquire a correction coefficient with higher accuracy independently of the C/N of the received signal to enhance the demodulation accuracy.
