PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a satellite broadcast receiving converter having a mounting portion 2 for attaching the converter on a supporting arm of a satellite broadcast receiving parabolic antenna and a converter main body 6 which are integrally formed is heavy in weight by the weight of the portion 2 and needs a work of making an attaching hole on the supporting arm resulting in cost rise. SOLUTION: A cover 1 consists of two halves each made of a synthetic resin, an attaching portion 2 capable of being attached on the supporting arm of the satellite broadcast receiving parabolic antenna is formed integrally with the cover 1, and the portion 2 is formed on one half of the cover 1 which consists of the two halves, thereby reducing the cover 1 in weight.
