The invention relates to a power generation plant comprising at least one gas turbine circuit with a waste-heat boiler (4) and at least one steam-turbine circuit, driven by the waste-heat boiler (4), in which the gas-turbine circuit is a half-closed and essentially emission-free embodiment, with a compressor (1), a combustion chamber (2) arranged downstream of the compressor (1), a gas turbine (3) arranged downstream of the combustion chamber (2), a waste-heat boiler (4) arranged downstream of the gas turbine (3) and at least one generator (8) coupled to the gas turbine (3). Operating methods for stationary gas-turbine circuits and which permit starting using fresh air are used, whereby first means (12) are provided which permit alternative or supplementary hot gas to be introduced into the hot gas path (23) between the gas turbine (3) and waste-heat boiler (4) and second means are provided which permit the extraction of waste gas from the waste gas path (40) downstream of the waste-heat boiler (4). |
