SUBSTANCE: invention describes a derivative of imidazopyrimidine or imidazopyridine of the general formula (I) where A means N or C-R7; B means N or C-R8; D represents a substituted phenyl; X means CH-R9, O, S(O)n and a bond; R1 means C1-10-alkyl, C3-8-cycloalkyl that are substituted with groups +CN, , C2-8-alkenyl, C1-4-halogenalkyl; R2 is taken among a group comprising of C1-4-alkyl, C3-8-cycloalkyl substituted with halogen atom and C1-4-alkoxy-group; R3 means H, C1-4-alkyl and also a pharmaceutical composition based on thereof and a method of treatment of neurological disturbances. Invention provides preparing an antagonist of corticotropin releasing factor (CRF) of the formula (I) used for treatment of mammals with psychiatric disturbances and neurological diseases induced by anxiety and post-traumatic stress.
