<p>A method for reproducing a recording medium containing data and identification data having individual identification data and detection data indicating whether at least the individual identification data created by using individual identification data is valid. The identification data recorded on a recording medium is read out and detection data is created according to the individual identification data of the identification data read out. The detection data extracted from the read out identification data is compared to the detection data created. When the comparison shows that the detection data extracted from read out identification data matches with the created detection data, output of the data read out from the recording medium is allowed.</p> |
