<p>The countersink bit is used for drilling holes with simultaneous blow-out of swarf and other residues and is formed with a through passage hole of 1.5 to 2.0 mm. For fixing it, a cross hole with an M4 thread is provided in the foremost area. A tension unit used comprises a shaft, bush, connecting piece, ball bearing, sealing ring, securing ring and washers. The material for the cutting edge is high power rapid working steel, and the head area is coated wtih titanium carbide-titanium nitride.</p> |
