<p>The stopper is intended for bottles, having a revolving neck (1) and a smooth inner surface. The stopper consists of a cylindrical case (2) made of a soft material such as rubber, the outer diameter of which is smaller than the inner diameter of the neck (1) of the bottle. It ends in a perimeter flange (3) on the outer end thereof, said flange being supported on the mouth (4) of said bottle. Two rigid parts are located inside said case (1): an outer part (5) that ends externally in a discoid head (6) and an inner part (9) than ends internally in a conical head (10). Said parts have a threaded neck (8) and a complementary threaded rod (12) that makes it possible to change the axial height of both parts by turning the outer discoid head (6) in both directions so that the conical head (10) deforms radially the lower end of the case (2) against the inner surface of the neck (1) of the bottle in the axial contraction of said rigid parts thereby bringing about airtight and stable closure.</p> |
