FIELD: boring horizontal and inclined oil and gas wells; data transmission from well instruments to wellhead recorders. SUBSTANCE: movable cable terminal has external moving ring, internal ring, contact ring, and brush holder with brushes. External ring is rigidly fixed in body coupled with swivel shaft and driving tube through threaded joint; cable entry is stuffed with bushing having two packing rings and cable entry hole in-between; contact ring is secured on external moving ring and brush holders with brushes, on internal ring; packing gland is provided between external and internal rings for rotation. In addition terminal is provided with base rigidly secured on fixed part of swivel and with flange whose slot receives movable retainers that function to join internal ring with base flange for radial and axial displacement. Base has two rows of holes for fixing flange to allow for axial displacement of the latter. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and safety in operation. 3 cl, 1 dwg |
