FIELD: veterinary virology, diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: at the first stage, the present method deals with interaction of tested blood serum with antigen of sheep pox virus. At the second stage, reaction-absent antigen interacts with monoclonal antibodies of 08.3 clone. Monoclonal antibody - antigen complex developed is a specific peroxidase conjugate of polyclonal antibodies.
