Ac resin composition layer [layer (A)] contains (a) from 30 to 60 mass% of a linear low-density polyethylene produced using a metallocene catalyst or a single site-type catalyst, (b) from 10 to 30 mass% of a low-density polyethylene and (c) from 10 to 40 mass% of at least one resin selected from the group consisting of an ethylene-propylene copolymer, an ethylene-butene copolymer, a propylene-butene copolymer, an ethylene-propylene-butene terpolymer and polybutene-1 [provided that (a)+(b)+(c) = 100 mass%]. A high-density polyethylene layer [layer (B)] contains (d) a high-density polyethylene having a density of 0.950 to 0.970 g/cm<3>. At least two layers of layer (A) and layer (B) are comprised.
