<p>A soil-resisting film formed article capable of providing an excellent soil resistance over an extended time despite rain- fall, whether small or large in amount, onto the film surface. The film formed article comprises a silicone resin material film formed on the surface of a base material, a contact angle of water on the surface of a film being 5-30°, an average surface roughness being up to 5 nm. The silicone resin material preferably consists of a composition containing silicone resin consisting of at least one kind of partial hydrolyzate and full bydrolyzate of four-functional hydrolytic organo-silane, and colloidal silica, and the composition preferably contains organic zirconium and/or an optical semiconductor material.</p> |
