FIELD: metalloorganic compounds, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallocene compounds of the formula (I) where CpI and CpII represent carbanions of the cyclopentadienyl-containing structure; D represents donor atom and A + acceptor atom being D and A are linked by reverse coordinating linkage by so manner that donor group obtains positive (partial) charge and acceptor group + negative (partial) charge; M means transient metal from III, IV, V or VI subgroup of periodic Mendeleyev's system of elements; X means anionic equivalent and n means 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4 depending on M charge. Compounds (I) can be used as catalysts for (co)polymerization of olefins, isoolefins, alkynes and/or diolefins or for poly-addition with cycle opening.
