Bicycle parking rack has holding arc with both ends on main arc

The bicycle rack (1) has a holding arc (15) fitted to the main arc (2). It is held by a holding bar (21) running along the main arc. The holding bar has an outer sector (22) running upwards and fixed to the holding arc, passing into an inner sector (23) running downwards at fixed to the main arc, forming an upward loop (24) in the holding bar.
