PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing a far-infrared emitting sol which is useful to obtain a far-infrared emitter capable of maximizing an emission of far-infrared rays only by spraying. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) mixing a quartz(SiO2) sand having purity of 99.9 or more and particle size of 20-30 nm and an alumina(Al2O3) powder having purity of 99.9 or more and particle size of 20-30 nm in a ratio of 5:5.4:6, with stirring, (ii) mixing 100 parts by weight of the mixture of powders with 200-300 parts by weight of purified water(H2O) and 3.5 parts by weight of EDTA-2Na(ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid disodium salt dihydrate), (iii) adding a sol comprising metals consisting of cobalt(Co), copper(Cu), iron(Fe), and manganese(Mn) dissolved in water and having 8% solids(NOV), to the mixture of the step(ii), so as to adjust NOV of the final product to 65-80% or more. |
