摘要 Technique uses time-related fluorescence behavior approximation for each location through multi-exponential fading behavior. Fading times are constants, and only pre-exponential factors are determined. Fading time constants to be used give multi-exponential approximation of image zones. Relative portions of separate fluorophores in total fluorescence are taken from product of pre-exponential factor and fading time constant, divided by sum of all products of pre-exponential factors and fading time constants.
