PURPOSE: A neck support for sleeping in a vehicle is provided to protect one's neck and supply comfortable sleeping time, in falling a sleep in a bus or a subway. CONSTITUTION: A neck support for sleeping in a vehicle has a fixing unit(110) for adhesion to glass of the vehicle and a support unit(120) supporting one's neck. A connection rod(130) is installed between the fixing unit and the support unit. A spring is disposed to the connection rod, to elastically move the support unit. Plural fitting grooves(131) are formed on the outer periphery of the connection rod. A fitting protrusion(132) is selectively fitted into the fitting groove and the length of the connection rod is controlled.
