<p>It is found out that anti-RCAS1 antibody has a complement dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) on human ovarian cancer cells expressing RCAS1 protein. This fact indicates that the anti-RCAS1 antibody would be usable as an antitumor agent having a cytotoxic function mechanism on tumor cells. This antitumor agent is expected as being efficacious in treating tumor.</p> |
