GAMING DISPLAY

A display for use with a gaming machine, The display has a translucent globe mounted to the gaming machine and a stepper motor mounted inside the globe (Fig. 2). An arm is mounted to the stepper motor. The stepper motor rotates the arm. Several light emitting diodes are mounted to the arm. The light emitting diodes are located adjacent to the translucent globe. The rotating light emitting diodes emit light in a predetermined sequence such that the globe when viewed by a game player appears to have a recognizable text or im age.
