THERMOSTATIC WATER VALVE AND HOUSEHOLD MINERAL WATER HEATER THEREBY

PURPOSE: A household mineral water heater by using a thermostatic water valve is provided to adjust temperature of water manually and automatically by keeping constant temperature regardless of the amount of hot or cool water, and to improve convenience by using mineral water at home with replacing a mineral water storage can easily. CONSTITUTION: A household mineral water heater by a thermostatic water valve is composed of a cartridge(100) having a lower ceramic disk including cool, hot and mixed water discharge holes, an upper ceramic disk opening and closing discharge holes, and an intermediate ceramic disk including cold, hot and mixed water pass holes between upper and lower ceramic disks; a motor driving unit(200) including a decelerator and rotating the intermediate ceramic disk to the right and the left; a temperature sensor(300) measuring temperature of mixed water in a mixed discharge line(50); and a control unit(400) operating the motor driving unit according to signals from the temperature sensor. The mixture ratio of cold and hot water is regulated by adjusting the angle of the intermediate ceramic disk according to water temperature.
