FIELD: automatic overfilling compensation in feed of precise quantity of substance from substance source to destination point. SUBSTANCE: in correspondence with method flow rate of metered substance and quantity of substance overfilling are measured per each of n measurements. While conducting next metering one measures flow rate that can have any value and utilizes data obtained before to determine evaluation quantity of substance overfilling for this next metering. This evaluation overfilling quantity is subtracted from specified quantity of metering to obtain corrected value of quantity of substance, on achievement of this value facility controlling flow sends signal to stop flow of substance. Method makes it feasible to compensate for overfilling in case of varying flow rate during metering. Analysis of data of several dosages provides for detection of potential fault in control device such as valve or pump. EFFECT: more precise automatic compensation for overfilling. 11 cl, 11 dwg
