The present invention provides an antifouling coating composition which comprises (a) an organopolysiloxane having a crosslinkable reactive functional group, (b) a crosslinking agent, (c) a boric acid compound as a curing catalyst and (d) a silicone oil having a number average molecular weight of 180 to 30,000 and a viscosity of 10 to 50,000 mPa.s and which is nontoxic and mild to the environment.
