TSA2306 KNOCKOUT NON-HUMAN ANIMAL

摘要

It is intended to provide a model animal useful in clarifying the physiological functions of TSA2306 gene and its expression product thereby clarifying various pathological conditions in which TSA2306 participates or studying methods for treating these conditions, i.e., a TSA2306 knockout non-human animal. In this TSA2306 knockout non-human animal, TSA2306 gene has been entirely or partly deleted or has insertion or substitution by another gene at an arbitrary site. Thus, the animal shows a substantially lowered serum lipid level compared with a normal animal.
