摘要 PURPOSE: A system and a method for the CRM(Customer Relationship Management) using the header information of an e-mail are provided to use a data warehouse as marketing information by automating a data warehouse through the accumulation of an e-mail path. CONSTITUTION: A mail server(20) extracts the header information from the e-mail, and stores and manages it as a database form. A CRM server(10) constructs a database by extracting and classifying the CRM information from the e-mail header information received from the mail server(20). A CRM database(30) stores the customer information and the CRM information extracted from the e-mail header information. The CRM server(10) has a web server function for displaying a homepage through a host server to a connected customer and performing membership registration, login, inquiry and deletion.
