PURPOSE: A portable water heater using a spring is provided to heat water without fuel or charging within a short time by winding the spring and using power. CONSTITUTION: A portable water heater is composed of a rotary body(20) rotated by using the rotary power of a spring(10), a gear unit(30) increasing the rotary power of the rotary body(20), a generating unit(50) generating an alternating current, a high-frequency induction heating unit, a container containing liquid, a heat insulation unit, and a control unit controlling temperature.
