PURPOSE: A method for encrypting and executing a data file of a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) memory card is provided to execute the memory card on only one specified PDA and to execute the data stored in the memory card. CONSTITUTION: A system code of the memory card stored in the memory card is inputted(311). The input of a serial number of the PDA is requested(321). A user inputs the serial number(331). A new encrypt code is generated by combining the system code with the serial number(341). The encrypt code is stored in a specified region of the PDA(351). After encrypting the data file by inputting the encrypt code into the data file to be stored in the memory card, the data file is stored in the memory card(361).
