FIELD: operating pipeline equipment for oil, chemical, and other industries; liquid injection in fresh gas medium. SUBSTANCE: device has sluice with packing cup that mounts cylinder accommodating plunger with spray nozzle on its bottom end and false rod with packing cup and grip on top end; damping spring; and spray nozzle displacement limiter, as well as adjusting bushing installed under sluice packing and used to adjust tightness of mentioned packing cup. Damping spring is placed in guide bushing coaxially mounted in bottom part of cylinder. Spray nozzle displacement limiter is installed on top end of plunger for engaging damping spring during downward motion of plunger. Buffer is placed above spray nozzle displacement limiter and plunger interior accommodates safety filter. Device incorporates provision for eliminating stretching thrust on false rod and fall of plunger and spray nozzle into pipeline in emergency situations such as failure of false rod-to-plunger threaded joint, as well as provision for adjusting tension of packing cup in sluice chamber and for changing cups without disconnecting cylinder from sluice.
