PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply constitute an upward moving structure of a trunk lid and a package tray when a roof and a back panel are constituted movably to a predetermined using position and a storing position in a vehicle. SOLUTION: The moving structure comprises an actuator for moving the trunk lid 10 upward and interlocking mechanisms 17, 18, and 21 for mechanically transmitting the upward movement of the trunk lid 10 to the package tray 8 to move the package tray 8 upward. The package tray 8 moves via the interlocking mechanisms 17, 18, and 21 in response to the upward movement of the trunk lid 10 by the actuator.
