本发明提供了麻疹病毒长春-47疫苗株的所有非编码区和P、M编码区序列及其结构,P、M编码区编码的蛋白质氨基酸序列及其结构以及其非编码区序列在构建该疫苗病毒载体中的用途和载体构建方法。这些序列数据和方法可应用于使用该疫苗株病毒构建表达载体用于重组多价疫苗或基因治疗,还可用于麻疹病毒感染的的分子生物学诊断及其试剂的研制。 |
