PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visitor guiding system which improve the convenience for a visitor who visits a multiple dwelling house. SOLUTION: When a resident of the multiple dwelling house inputs an indication to permit the entrance of the visitor who visits the multiple dwelling house utilizing a dwelling unit terminal 7, the command generation processing section 36 of a management control device 8 generates an unlock signal to unlock the door lock of an auto-lock door and send it to a door-lock control device 3, and also generates a hall call registration signal to stop an elevator car at a floor where a community entry hall is located and a car call registration signal to stop the elevator car at a floor where the dwelling unit to call at is located and send the hall call registration signal and the car call registration signal to an elevator control device 5. This allows the visitor to enter the multiple dwelling house and also guides the visitor to the floor where the dwelling unit to call at is located by the elevator. |
