<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biotic waste treatment method for fermenting and drying a high water content biotic waste such as feces and urine of livestock without previously dewatering or using a specific water adjuster. SOLUTION: The inside of an endless fermenter is sectioned into a section for fermenting feces and urine at 30-90 deg.C, that for treating at a high temperature of 100-200 deg.C and a radiation aging section to heat, ferment, dry and age the object to be treated. A part of the compost obtained by such a treatment is carried out as a product, and the remaining compost is utilized as a water adjuster for the biotic waste to be treated. By mixing the remaining compost with the waste, the initial water content of the treated object is controlled to be 85% or less, preferably 65% or less to promote fermentation and drying. In a desirable embodiment, a solar heat is used as a drying heat source.</p> |
