<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric field measuring sensor and its manufacturing method capable of heightening both arc resistant performance and mechanical strength, and improving electric field measurement accuracy and long-term stability with excellent balance, by dividing an insulating coating part into a fixing part and a coating part from the viewpoint of function and constituting each part from a material suitable for the function. SOLUTION: The insulating coating part 2 is divided into the fixing part 2a to be fixed on a grounded metal vessel 4 and the coating part 2b on the substrate part side having an optical element, and the fixing part 2a and the coating part 2b are constituted from different materials, and the both parts are molded integrally.</p> |
