<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor heating and ventilating device that improves the workability of on-site device installation and also improves the internal watertightness of an outdoor device. SOLUTION: Before a bushing 70 is fitted, through holes 74 in the bushing 70 open along with a slit 76 to hold electric wires H fitted loosely. After the bushing 70 is fitted, the through holes 74 close along with the slit 76 to place hole edges of the through holes 74 in elastic contact with the electric wires H and close gaps between the electric wires H and the through holes 74, and the slit 76 also closes, so that an intrusion of moisture and water into a housing chamber 23 is prevented via the through holes 74 and the slit 76. An on-site injection of, for example, silicone is unnecessary into the gaps between the electric wires H and the through holes 74 and into the slit 76. A passage of the electric wires H in a ventilating passage 22 offers a common use as a hole for the ventilating passage 22 and a hole for the electric wires H to reduce the number of holes bored in a room wall W.</p> |
