<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical termination box which has good space efficiency and facilitates terminating and connecting operation. SOLUTION: The optical termination box is for terminating a ribbon of coated optical fibers in an optical cable introduced from outside into a single- core optical connector and internally has a tray unit 2 comprising a connector storage tray 7 which stores an optical connector, a connection part storage tray 6 which is stacked and arranged on the connector storage tray 7 and stores a part for connection with the coated optical fibers in the optical cable, a branch coated optical fiber which is a coated optical fiber having one end connected to a coated optical fiber in the optical cable and the other end branched and terminated into an optical connector and fitted from the connection part storage tray 6 to the connector storage tray 7, and a unit case 8 which can store the connector storage tray 7 and connection part storage tray 6 so that they can be pulled out in a stacked state.</p> |
