<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a synthetic rubber sheet with a protective film under specified heat-lamination conditions without the necessity of applying primer treatment. SOLUTION: In the method, a polyethylene resin film 0.91-0.97 in density and 10-50μm in thickness is laid at least on one side of the synthetic rubber sheet of a surface temperature of 100-130 deg.C to overlap each other and laminated by a press roll. Preferably, after the unvulcanized synthetic rubber sheet is passed through a heating chamber for vulcanization set at 160-220 deg.C and vulcanized, the surface temperature of the sheet is adjusted at 100-130 deg.C.</p> |
