PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin laminate sussceptible to electrostatic coating and excellent in impact resistance, heat resistance and rigidity. SOLUTION: The laminate is constituted by stacking an (A)-layer: a layer comprising a thermoplastic resin of which the surface resistivity is not more than 1.0×10<12>Ω/cm or less and the thermal deformation temperature under a load of 0.45 MPa is not lower than 120 deg.C and a (B)-layer: a layer comprising a thermoplastic resin of which the surface resistivity is not less than 1.0×10<12>Ω/cm and the thermal deformation temperature under a load of 0.45 MPa is not lower than 120 deg.C. Preferably, the ratio of the thickness of the (A)-layer with respect to the whole thickness of the laminate is 0.01-0.3 and the thermoplastic resin forming the (A)-layer contains a polyamide resin.
