PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust pipe structure of a vehicle which reduces vibration in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle as well as vibration propagation to a car body by connecting a second exhaust pipe through a spherical joint to a first exhaust pipe to be connected to an engine. SOLUTION: The second exhaust pipe 3 is formed on the first exhaust pipe 2 connected to the laterally mounted engine through the spherical seal joint 4. An offset part 3f is formed on the second exhaust pipe 3 at a position on the right side far from an axis B of the spherical seal joint 4 by a plane distance L. At the offset part 3f, shafts 3i and 9 are arranged which support the second exhaust pipe 3 through an exhaust pipe mount rubber 8. Inside the offset part 3f, a mount member 10 fixed to the engine is arranged to stick to the shaft 9. Thus, vibration in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle propagated from the engine to the second exhaust pipe 3 can be reduced, and propagation of vibration to the car body can also be reduced.
