PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner that includes a function of reheat dehumidifying operation and that can control sensible heat accurately while assuring the amount of dehumidification. SOLUTION: A pipe temperature sensor 14 is placed on an indoor-device heat condensation exchanger 15. The number of rotations of an outdoor fan 10 and the opening of an outdoor expansion valve 11 are controlled so that the temperature of the pipe is the value that has been set.
