PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation controller for a refrigerant circuit performing oil return operation when an operation condition of the refrigerant circuit is detected and an operation condition in which the exhaust of oil may occur continues for a predetermined period of time without determining the stop of a compressor performed by oil return operation by integrating operation time only of the refrigerant circuit. SOLUTION: The refrigerant circuit constituted by connecting the compressor 1, a condenser 2, a liquid receiver 3, a pressure reduction device 4, and a cooler 5 sequentially by piping 6 is provided with a detector 8 for detecting an operation condition and an oil return controller 7 for bringing the refrigerant circuit into oil return operation. When the oil return controller 7 judges that operation in a condition in which oil return to the compressor 1 is required continues for a predetermined period of time based on the results of detection by the detector 8, oil return operation of the refrigerant circuit is performed by the oil return controller 7.
