SOLUTION: This scroll fluid machinery using a pin crank mechanism is provided with a centrifugal reverse rotation preventing mechanism mounted on a shaft and formed by mounting a one-way clutch on a pin crank shaft thinner than a diameter of the shaft, or mounting a claw part 58a and a balancer part 58b oppositely to each other, accommodating a movable annular body 58 and a spring for pressing the movable body in a frame body fixed to the shaft, and accommodating the frame body in a case having a stopper groove.
