PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseptic filling device and a vessel used therefor which can minimize the size of the aseptic filling device and the vessel to be aseptic, needs no aseptic chamber or sterilizing device, and can improve the miniaturization, productivity and workability. SOLUTION: The vessels 1 are sterilized inside and sealed in advance and are successively fed to the aseptic filling device. The adjacent vessels 1 are successively connected to each other at their upper parts of a side surface, a filling nozzle 12 is passed through the connection part to fill the content 2 in the vessels 1, the vessels 1 are sealed while preventing the content 2 from being exposed to the air outside the vessel 1, and the vessels 1 are cut above the sealed part to perform the aseptic filling.
