PURPOSE: A one-touch assembling and removing device of a cap for a fuel filler is provided to assemble and remove the cap quickly and easily by one touch. CONSTITUTION: A one-touch assembling and removing device of a cap(20) for a fuel filler comprises a guide(21) formed through the middle part of the cap; a rod(24) combined to the guide; a spring(23) disposed in a cylinder(22) of the guide; and a protruded part(26) formed to the lower part of the cap. The cylinder is formed to a predetermined part of a closed part of the cap. The rod forms a fitting projection(25) to be fitted into the upper part of the cylinder. The spring supports the lower part of the fitting projection of the rod. Plural expanding pieces(27) are formed inside the protruded part. The expanding pieces are pushed downwardly and returned by the rod. The protrude part has an insertion groove outside the expanding pieces.
