PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card key compatible vehicle with transmission/reception functions incorporated into the key to be installed in the vehicle for enabling communication between vehicles and a vehicle radio communication system using the card key. SOLUTION: The card key 901a installed on a two-wheeled vehicle A communicates with the card key 911a installed in the card key installation slot 833a of a four-wheeled vehicle 8. In this embodiment, the driver's helmet is equipped with a microphone 951, a loudspeaker 952, and a transceiver 953, and the card key 911a communicates also with the transceiver 953. The card key 901b installed on the two-wheeled vehicle B communicates with the card key 911b installed on the card key installation slot 833b of the van 8 and with the transceiver 953 on the helmet.
