PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the measurement accuracy of a system and reliability of the whole system. SOLUTION: The fixed in-core instrumentation system is provided with a plurality of detectors 103 provided with a thermocouple thermometer 101 and a heating resistor 102 arranged in the core, a power supply 109 for heating supplying power to the heating resistor 102 of each detector through a heater power cable 110, a thermocouple voltage measuring apparatus 107 measuring a temperature value inputted from the thermocouple thermometer 101 of each detector through a signal cable 108, an output switching device 111 provided in an output side of the power supply 109 for heating and switching output targets of power to the heating resistors 102 of the detectors 103, an environment measuring apparatus 115 measuring environmental conditions in the system, and a signal processor 116 correcting influence of the environmental conditions in values of the thermocouple thermometers 101 measured by the thermocouple voltage measuring apparatus 107 on the basis of environmental data in the system measured by an environmental data measuring device 115 and outputting them.
