PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive paper material with a high quality appearance, capable of involving a design desired by a consumer without spoiling a practical usage and hand feeling essential of an adhesive paper material, and seeing the design through a base paper from the back. SOLUTION: A plastic film is given a picture, design, pattern, figure, point, line, character, number, mark or a desired design by combining these designs on one side of thin film, and also is given an adhesive on another side of this film or on the surface of the above designs. A sheet type paper adhesive material is composed of the adhesive, wherein the above plastic film is laminated on one side of a sheet base material composed of a paper sheet having an optical transmittance with non-adhesive surface of the film as a laminating surface, and designs on the above plastic film can be seen through the sheet base paper.
