PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition excellent in light reflecting properties and flame retardancy, suppressed in the lowering in its molecular weight enough to secure excellent in thermal stability when molded, mechanical strength and external appearances and therefore suitable particularly for a reflecting plate of a liquid crystalline display and the like. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition excellent in light reflecting properties comprises 100 pts.wt. of a polycarbonate resin (A), 5-25 pts.wt. of titanium oxide (B) with its surface treated with a phosphatized polyene, 0.01-3 pts.wt. of a polyorganohydrogen siloxane (C), 0.5-10 pts.wt. of an epoxy-modified elastomer (D), 1-20 pts.wt. of a flame-retardant (E), and 0.01-2 pts.wt. of a drip inhibitor (F). The light reflecting plate is obtained by molding the resin composition.
