PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microemulsion having good transparency over a wide temperature range and excellent stability even in a system formulating silicone oil. SOLUTION: This microemulsion comprises (A) an ionic surfactant, (B) a compound selected from an aliphatic amide compound and an aliphatic amine compound in a solid or paste state at normal temperature, (C) a liquid oily material an water, and the proportion of the components (A):(B):(C) is regulated so as to be 1:(0.1-10):(0.05-20).
